Co-pay is really pay in full for treatment!!! I was told fillings not covered and I contact my insurance and it's covered at 100% I then contact the office and they say we can't confirm that because we need to submit a claim... I recently purchased a 10 ounce package of Oscar Mayer Honey Ham. The two visable slices looked fine, but nearly all of the hidden slices had substantial amounts of fat and gristle in them. I would say between 25% and 33% wasn't lean meat at all. This seems deceitful to me. Oscar Mayer Kraft, you should be ashamed. I recently moved to Florida and was looking for a dentist for my biannual cleaning. I received a flyer in the mail with coupons from Bright Now! Dental offering $39.00 for x-rays and 50% off a regular cleaning so I scheduled my appointment for both. When I get to the office I am taken in the back for an unusually high amount of X-rays. Used to be an avid Diesel Jeans collector. Have 4 pairs, when I went to the flagship shop in NYC- I was turned away after showing them a pair that had literally disintegrated in every way. I did send them money for a sample. The sample product was so little it was a joke there was no way one could actually try the product. You had to call to cancel future orders which I did. Then I received the first shipment. I called them an they would not give me a RMA. I pulled complaint board up on the Internet and followe the directions to call my credit card company and told them about the fraud. They did not change my credit card number though. I want everyone to know about the horrible experience I had at the Avian & Exotic Animal Medical Center recently. My son and I were driving on a busy road in Miami, Florida and noticed an injured bird standing on the edge of the road.
