I brought my daughter to Dr. White for dental services, the substantial bill was calculated and paid at the time of the visit, then I receive a bill from them with no explanation. I called and ask for them to explain, I was told someone was going to be calling me back, no call. Now they have started to send me statements with threatening my credit. All they needed to do was explain what was the service they provided, that was not previously paid for, and have been unable or unwilling to do so. I ordered a $1700 gown from the Las Vegas store. I am nearly 6ft tall and was assured that the gown could be ordered with my hollow to hem measurements so the waist would fit properly. The truth is they are not very knowledgeable in Emergency Medicine. I visited this facility about a month ago as well as some people in my community for ER care and the doctor had to consult with his partner because he wasn't sure how to treat me which resulted in a very bad reaction to the medication injected.
