Off duty officers INC. is a company that obtaines contracts for securing locations in the private and public sector. They have guards that are retired and new, armed and unarmed. ODO as they are often referred as, has a great concept. There are some issues. The management at ODO i.e. Juan Santillana (so-called previous Marine) has little if any ability to communicate with the officers. After ordering a free trial of 2 different supplements and authorizing them 2 take 2 payments of 2.95 I have not received any products and they have taken around 500 pounds from my bank account which was my housing benefit and was money. The boutique owner firstly makes defective blouses and charges high for the same (stitching charge). After complianing about the defects, the owner (name Twinkle) misbehaves (shows attitude). and charge additional charges again for correcting it. I ordered a pair of UGG boots from this company, and they sent me fake boots. I had to jump through hoops to find a return address to get a refund. The refund NEVER happened, and it cost me 50 dollars to send them back. The company promised for weeks that a refund was processing. I signed up for a limited time period to use the database to research some of my family. The search process does nothing; there is no action following the search request. When I sent a "contact" message to this company, I received only a "form letter" type of answer, not a response to any of my questions. I asked the waiter if they used penut oil in their food, I pointed out that I was allergic to punuts. The Waiter stated they did not use peanut oil. I asked if I could get the Pd Thai #31 on their menu and for them to not put crushed peanuts. I also told the waitress that I was allergic to peanuts and not put peanuts in my food. WELL THEY DID!!! The worst part is that the waiter came back to our table and told us not to worry about it because it must have been a piece of tofu. I know what tofu looks like!!!
