I went to this plastic surgeon for extraction of my breast implants which were leaking and broken. I saw Dr. Byrce Johnson twice for a herniated disc in my neck. I should've listened to my husband who hated the doctor from day one. This guy knew I was in serious pain. In December 2010 my dog went in for her usual shots update. She is a 3 year old Jug and has been a patient at Eastview Veterinary, Penn Yan, New York since she was a puppy. we were given the wrong eye drops, the drops were to be applied after eye surgery, instead of eye drops CVS pharmacy gave us EAR drops. on the printed label from the pharmacy it said "INSTILL 1 DROP IN OPRATIVE EYE AS DIRECTED" we hope there is no long term damage or injury to the eye, we will see the eye Dr. tomorrow. we will no longer deal with CVS pharmacy. we will not be as trusting of any pharmacy from now on. this is not the kind of mistake you would expect from a professional pharmacist. read full review »

The surgery left me with severed pectoralis muscles (unfixable) and deformities (synmastia, bottoming out, skin and tissues detached from the sternal bone). I returned a diamond ring for repair to Ovi diamonds where I purchased it from in November 2010. I returned it insured and signatured confirmation to the address provided by them. The Council for Medical Schemes is supposed to support the customer with complaints regarding Medical Aids, but they themselves are as bad as the Medical Aids. I used to use the odorless gel version and one day my wife brought home this new solid called Mitchum Smart Solid Clinical Performance.
