I bought a curling iron in October 2010. I got an extended protection plan (which was a waste). The curling iron broke and it is only 6 months old. The cord is bad and the unit keeps shutting off. I called to have it repaired. It cost $29.99 to buy. They want me to pay the shipping to return it to Arizona and also pay for the return shipment. I made the mistake of choosing this dr. for Asian eyelid surgery. He botched the surgery and made my eyes terribly asymmetrical. I bought my wife a fur coat in 2007 and told them in 2008 it was tearing. It kept splitting. Then in 2009 we decided it was dry rotted. One of the sales man said they bought another fur store out and some of the coats might have been dryrotted. They made a deal with us and said they would give us another coat comparable to the one we had. Then they said they could only find a coat that was $2K more than the one we previously bought and wanted that amount. I refused and told them to give me my money back.
