I went in to get a cut, color and eye brow wax. The girl that took care of me said it would take approx. 2 hours. I was there for 5 freakin hours! Then, my hair didn't look anything like what I wanted!! It was almost an orange color on top! Rural Metro is the most mismanaged back stabbing fraudulent piss poor company I have ever worked for. Mis treating employees, their policies they make up as they go. Kaiser is absolutely awful! They won't pay if you have complicated medical issues and simply don't care. They only care about saving money. They hurt me tremendously, and I am still in pain from their lack of care. When I filed a complaint with Kaiser, they offered me extended coverage and then reneged on their offer. In addition to all the pain they caused me, I now have to pay for the extended coverage bills they were supposed to cover. Very cruel and unethical!
