I started working w/ Solid Oak Marketing to imprint Schelling State Farm Agency ad on the back side of t-shirts to be given to Eisenhower High School at football and basketball games. I submitted my payment to them on July 2, 2010 and it is now January 20, 2011 and STILL have not recieved my product. I have tried to contact them several times and got excuses on how they were waiting on a third party company to get the shirt imprinted. As of January 6th the contact # for Solid Oak Marketing was disconnected. I then sent an e-mail and got no response. Purchased a pair of what I thought was authentic UGG Australia boots for $109.00. The product arrived. It was an OBVIOUS fake. Poor quality boot, stained cheap leather, bunches at th ankle, the inside plush sheep's fur was fraying. This is NOT at all charactoristic of authentric UGGS. The Paul Younane neckline slimmer that I bought in June of '09, broke, at the base on Jan. 20, 2010, and there are no replacement parts for it. Shipping and handling fees almost equal the cost of the merchandise, so buying a new one every other year is unacceptable. I have heard alot of good reviews about this preppy store and i give alot of compliments to people that wear things from the store. It offers alot of different styles for every girl to chose from. Lakai is my favorite brand of shoes, and normally their products always meet expectations. However, I recently owned a pair of the Rick selects, and although they were comfortable and good for skateboarding, they wore out extremely fast. In around a month and a half, the seam near the toe had split on both shoes, the lace (supplied with shoe) had broken, and a hole was nearly worn in the side. Lakai is a skate shoe company, so they obviously know skateboarding puts wear and tear on shoes.
