I have long noted that the Seafood standards of Whole Foods have fallen. Even more disappointing is to see the Meat Department failing as well. I did not aak for recurring shipment, I got the product from a direct link from cbs website where one of their program director claimed to have tried it as research and it really worked and that all you had to spend was for the trial bottle with no pressure to buy more. During the busy lunch rush, i waited at the counter for my order (#18) while this woman texted. My food was done and in the staging area. I waited a total of five minutes while this lady texted and/or facebooked on her phone. She laughed and was pointing at the phone while showing others. Another counter person asked her to do something and she said... "just go ahead and do it..." indicating that her job was simply not important to her. I wanted to purchase two ounces of gold coin. After placing an order for 2 gold American Eagles. They said that Swiss 20 Francs were more private. I discussed it with Marc who said that he could change the order to 8 Swiss Francs which were comparable and I would even get a few dollars back. We did. Ordered a pair of Resistol Ranch Boots, October 12, 2010, said allow 6-8 weeks delivery, was informed 12-05-10 they would be shipped on 12-15-10, did not receive shippment and called back to check on status, they then said they were on back order and would take another 8-12 weeks(WOW) To sum it up it takes 8 months to receive a pair of boots, that is outrageous!
