2 and a half years ago I had a R. knee medial( inside bone) partial replacement. Dr Paul R. Miller was the orthopedic surgeon with hospital privledges at St. Anthonys Hospital in Oklahoma City. They have committed out and out fraud. They claim to be able to match perfumes and they have no ability to do this service they are advertising. They need to be held accountable somehow. They use the mail to send their products months late and then claim a return policy of 30 days from purchase. I bought new bras at the fashion bug. They states that if the wires come through in 40 day please return them . I bought 6 new bras and had to return all them 3 different times because the underwires came through the bras. I did the proper laundering as per manufactor recommendation . I feel they do not make the wires long enough and the slide back and forth when you move your arms and then the wires wear through the thin material hence poking out of the material and poking you into the arms. I ordered a dental whitening pen on 08/04/10 for a trial - cost 3.87$. I called the customer care number 18008649903 on 0813 to complain that the package hadn't arrived yet, and that i wanted to cancel. The lady on the phone said that she could not cancel the trial period, but she would extend it for another 14 days. I bought a piece of jewelery from Jennifer Kaufmann thinking since People Instyle recommended them, so they must be ok. Big mistake. I received the item. it was too big. I returned it with insured mailing, etc. and I got an RA #. It took me 2 weeks to get $64.00. I first had a X-Ray done at a local Hospital while on an ER visit. 3 days later I went in for Ortho check up at John Ruth's office which is part of University Medical Center's clinic. Through FACEBOOK, I answered a survey to recieve a free gift. I choose this product and it said I only need to pay for shipping and handling(3.97) on Nov.13/10. On Nov.17/10 another charge was made to my VISA for $97.00.
