My husband has had a policy with Anthem Blue Cross for a PPO since 1997 which covers me and our children. I requested a "free" trial sample of total brite teeth whiting on line and gave my credit card to pay for the shipping, several days later the company charged my credit card for $129.95. I called the total brite company to ask what the charge was, I was told that was my membership charge. I told the guy that I had not requested to be a member and had not authorized the charge on my card. Do not purchase any gift certificates from this place. This company is selling a manicure, pedicure and 1 hour massage between $29 -$39. The gift certificate expires in 1 year. I had an issue that accrued on Nov. 17, 2010 at Regency Beauty Institute in Independence Missouri Campus. I clocked in at 5:28 pm, I had a client for a haircut and hair color come in for appoint for 5:30pm. I started client at 5:45pm and finish client at 10:00pm. Fake trainers sold from what looks like a UK website but isn't. - Recently ordered two pairs of trainers from this supposed UK website. Not only did they arrive with Shanghai mailing labels on them but the trainers inside are fake. After contacting them to say I wasn't happy with the product, I've had nothing but unhelpful e-mails back stating that their products are 100% authentic. I have since had it on very good authority that this site does not provide real Nike trainers or any other brand of trainers on their website. I purchased some items for a friend's birthday and wrapped the gift not noticing the tear inside the lining of the material. I returned to the store 2 days later after my friend discovered the tear and asked for the owner. The lady's name was helena and she was very rude and abrupt. Not to mention that she didnt care about the tear in the clothing she just made reference to the fact that I had torn the garnment and wanted my money back.
