Western Dental is like a bad auto mechanic. Once they get you in there they try to get as much money out of you and your insurance as possible. I went in for a routine cleaning. Having been a customer for more than ten years, I missed a single payment when I moved due to a mail mixup. They cancelled the policy. They don't make it easy to re-instate. And they make it very clear they don't plan to help in any way during the process. For example, they don't return phone calls. When I spoke with someone on the phone they typically knew almost nothing about the status of my reinstatement form. I got my sarees, blanket and shawl dry cleaned from White Tiger. All of the clothes have been returned without washing at all. In fact, I myself cleaned some stains from my so called dry cleaned saree at home later. My "dry cleaned" cream colored shawl has black colour stains allover which is probably a result of keeping it with another black cloth, while all the original stains/dirt is still there. I was enjoying a nice freshly made meal of delimex chicken taquitos when suddenly, I bit into something hard. I found a bone in my chicken taquito. It was disgusting. It was in the last bite too... It makes me gag to imagine that I had to go through five of those before finding that bone. Total scam + rip off. Do not use this company. I purchased a six month plan for my husband and I while we were in between major medical insurance coverage. It was $178 per month - auto debit only. I used Eheathinsurance to obtain our policy. In the HCCMIS plan brochure, they encourage you to go to an urgent care center if you are ill and not the hospital.
