I recieved only a partial shipment and the Obagi Products I did recieve were either not authentic or expired. I tried to contact them via email with no response. They do not have a phone number to contact. I contacted my credit card and they reversed charges but then Elite Depot wroted back and called me dishonest. They also lied to my credit card company saying that they had sent a replacement for the product I did not recieve which was not true. I have used Asda online shopping on about 10 seperate occasions. So far I have had out of date food, food that was delivered at 8 o clock at night that became out of date that day, late shopping, problems with the website and food missing.
