I had a consultation with Coordinator Norma and she quoted me 3 different quotes for different areas of liposuction. I paid additional money to have the 3rd body part work on. I read an article from a local teacher who raved about this product, therefore, I decided to order a trial offer for which I only had to pay the shipping charges. As of today, I have had two more charges on my credit card. One was in the amount of $19.++ and the other (I only found out about it) in the amount of $95.++. I went to Dr. Tom Isbell to get a parchall. First he had them cleaned. Then he capped a tooth. he put me on a special tooth paste kit 4 times in 2 months. This company intentionally misleads consumers and refuses to cooperate to attain resolution of complaints. Its website specifies a free product with shipping as the only consumer cost. It fails miserably to live up to its claims. A total of $1.95 for shipping was to have been the maximum charged to my VISA card. Since August, repeated emails, phone calls to customer call centre, faxes have just been ignored despite having faxed the requested documentation. Today, I managed to get through to a human consultant (as opposed to a robot voice!) and all it took was a couple of keystrokes, mid conversation, to send me the document!! I ordered a ponytail hair peice that attaches to my hair. I was charged extra to match my hair color. I submitted a sample of my hair for the match up. Upon reciept it did not come close in color. the hair was brown, mine is blonde. At first they refused to take a return (their website says they will), but when I threatened to put them on my face book she sent an email stating they would do a refund. I was doing my grocery shopping and I was in the aisle where the hair accessories are kept. One of the pick 'n pay employees picked up a brush, brushed her hair and put the brush back. Completely brazen, uncaring that the aisle was full of people. Now there are certain things in life that we just don't do...and I should NEVER have to write in to report this kind of behaviour. Standing watching the employees of pick 'n pay I have to say that they are completely out of control and unruly.
