I ordered a pair of shoes from this company, paying through PayPal. They sent me an email on August 2nd claiming that they had shipped. I STILL (on 9/14/10) haven't received them. I have called, emailed, and even sent an actual letter, and have gotten no response. I have also called the post office, who couldn't help me because Upscale Comfort didn't send me a tracking number. EDIT 9/15: I did hear from Upscale Comfort finally! It was an email snafu rather than an intentional scam. I have been billed excessively since May of 2010 at an amount of $36 and $37.50 instead of $22 or $22.60 tax included as my contract with Wynn Fitness indicates. I have been receiving this charge until now with no proof of the extra charge as result of NSF. I, would like to question why annual appointment have to be done 4 months in advance. Research shows that appointments made well in advance, above 4 months will have more of a tendency to be missed.
