They are marketing the product currently as "true white kit". This is a scam set up by a business whose money goes to Panama. I fell for it when they advertised it as "ever white/dazling brite" kit. My hair was damaged. The first stylist cut off 4 inches of hair instead of trimming. She did a horrible job on color and highlights that I did not ask for. I was overcharged. We bought 3 Roundtree & Yorke T-shirts at Dillard's. My husband tried them on new, w/tags on, they fit. Today I received the shipment so I called to cancel my subscription, which the website claimed you had a total of 10 days to cancel the script without being charged. The same complaint(s) as I have been reading...the 10 day trial is up before you can have any time try the product and before you know it they've charged you full price or balance due on your order. I ordered my wedding dress from Le Salon in Royal Oak 8 months before my wedding. It was promised that it would come in within 3-4 months, but then they indicated a delay. Less than 3 months before my wedding they said it wouldn't come in at all! I contacted the manufacture who indicated they had never received my order.
