I purchased a pair of trainers from Clarks shoes but the solid integrated arch support has severely damaged my plantar fascia. I have been unable to walk without being in constant pain for the past 2 months. I have written to Clarks but they are denying there is a fault in the design. I normally do a lot of walking and have never in over 40 years had any problems. This company recruites laborers to work in Home Depots across America. Jet Retail does not pay their employees in a timely matter, if they get paid at all. They are using the "independant contractor" scheme claiming the people they hire are independant contractors, this way they do not have to pay people for the hourss they work without being reprimanded by the state labor board. I have filed a complaint with my state labor board (California) and have found that I was indeed considered an employee.
