Here is my experience at Optical Outlets in the Seminole Town Center Mall in Sanford, Florida. Absolutely horrendous customer service experience (quite possibly the worst I've ever had). With the high cost of proscriptions we are asked to us mail order to save money and help with the cost. I have just had my first mail order done. and it has cost me over 2 -1/2 the cost of getting filled at walgreens or any place with a 30 days. Kaplan medical is ripping students off, and charging unsuspecting foreign Medical Students thousands of dollars to take their courses and pass their respective medical Examinations. Their faculty in general are desperate Physicians whom are given guidelines to simply get a satisfactory rating from the students. My father who lives in assistant living had to have $1200.00 in dental work. The dental office told me that GEMONEY had 0% rate for 12months. This is where it all started GEMONEY applies interest plus late fees of 39.99. I pay my fathers bill online but it takes days to process therefore they claim I am late. I brought my earrings to have them checked in compliance with the service plan. Could not get the top on an opened can of soda. No matter how I pushed on the Bottle Top the can would start to collapse and the contents spilled but the Bottle Top would not snap on. After numerous tries finally got one to go on an unopened can and then had to use several tools to reach through the opening on the top to pull the pop top open. I received a letter stating my mother has a policy with monumental. My mother passed away in 1992.
