I finally got through on the phone line after calling constistently for a week, literally, only to be told that my faxed documents had not been recieved. This is crap I have a copy of every fax confirmation sheet. Apparently the office uses the excuse that the document was unclear. If that is the case maybe they need better fax machines. If you haven't heard about the Skinny Cami you should try it. I found it by chance after bad experiences trying shapers that DON'T FIT. Bad fitting ones don't do any good. Skinny Cami doesn't even have to be hidden as a girdle, and what other people have said about it is TRUE...it's amazing! I then maid a claim in september 09 and in feb 2010 i recieved a final response letter saying that they were selling the policy only and they had nothing to do with my claim. Tancredi chiropractic treated me for a personal injury. I received an bill in the mail overcharging me and charging me for services not rendered. When I paid this company a visit to question them, they threw me out of their office. I was sent a threatening letter in the mail stating if I questioned my bill again, they would contact "law enforcement." My husband has had 4 pair of jeans rip and tear in the past two weeks. This isn't the first time. Prior to this he had 3 pair of Levi's that did the same thing. They were 569's and Carpenter's. I signed up for individual health insurance through the American Trade Association. Their medical claims are administered through Smart Data Solutions.
