I purchased a product called Melgical online for $80.00 on February 27, 2010. It is a natural treatment for polymyalgia. I paid with Paypal and the payment went through immediately. At the beginning, I was a customer of Pure Med spa. They didn't call to tell me that it was being bought by BriteSmile BriteSkin and that I would loose more than half of my treatments. I paid an additional $1000 and got a few more treatments (for lasik hair removal). They also bundled the hair in 2 oz bundles when I asked for 4 oz bundles. So they acknowledged their mistake and agreed to exchange it for me. I ordered and was charged $4.87 for their 10 day trial tooth whitening period product. Upon receiving the order confirmation, I noticed, they would be sending me a regular supply for seventy plus dollars. I immediately called and cancelled the order on 01/04/10 and 01/11/10, to make sure. They did give me a confirmation number. I called and spoke to someone calling herself Leah to confirm my refund. Me and a friend went through the drive-thru of the Mcdonalds resturant at Hallett Cove. We were not sastisfied whatsoever. the employees were terribly rude to the customers, the food was not up to qaulity standard and some was forgotten and only half full when given back. No greeting was given when handing the food out to us. the food was not even cooked properly, only about half cooked and we felt sick after eating it.
