On 4/7/2010 I went to Le Spa for hair extension consultation. I ask Tasha Deo Buno the stylist how long does it stays on because my wedding is on May 8 and she told me it stays on for up to 3 months and it shouldn't be a problem. Don't buy World insurance, they were bought out by another company..and they're the worst. If you make a claim...you end up paying the doctor yourself in order to avoid collections. Once you appeal their decision not to pay it can take them up to ninety days to make a decision, and they did end up paying. Their premium increases are beyond belief, I signed up with them two years ago, and have only had two claims. I had paid to have lap band placed. Planned for out of state in mexico related to costs. $30, 000 here and $6, 000 there. Any ways the first time I had the procedure the band slipped the very next day and had to have removed. Several thousands of dollars to have removed. Dr. Jackson charged $160.00 for interperting a cpap download that did not have to be interpeted, and she informs her staff to tell patients that they have to come into the office to have their cpap machine adjusted. I was referred to Dr. Getachew after a ruptured brain aneurysm, for which I had had multiple surgeries. I had my doubts about him from the beginning, but I figured that he was just a doctor, someone from whom I could get my anti-seizure prescriptions. Then I decided to apply for disability. Beware of very expensive shipping and bad customer service. I received a shirt from Sheplers that I didn't like and wanted to return it. I would have to pay shipping again to return it to them. I have never been treated so poorly or with such disrespect by a Dr. who was rated in the Top 10 best Eye doctors in NYC. He only seemed to care about doing surgical procedures, not about helping me care for my eyes. Moreover, when he mispronounced my last name, which is jewish, I felt an anti-semetic tone for the rest of my visit. I guess I can't say he was a racist, because the only color he sees is green! Stay away from this vet! He is awful! He is rude, inconsiderate, and real scammer! I cannot believe someone like this can be a doctor and licenced! He completely misdiagnosed that our dog was dying. He claimed it was plugged tear ducts when in fact his red blood platelet levels were low to nil and he was starting to bleed out internally.
