This store is a high pressure sales machine that is hawked repeatedly by Carnival Cruise Lines personnel. Carnival, incidentally, owns Diamonds International, so that should be a reason to be wary of DI and maybe also Carnival. What had happened the screw had come away from the lens holder consequently the lens fell out and was step on, this was a manufacturing fault.
