I call this company to obtain a refill for a prescription and to find out how to purchase it most cheaply. I was told to purchase a 3 months supply. I went back to my doctor for this special script. I was thrilled to find this mascara, and a faithful purchaser for awhile. However, the last two tubes I purchased from different stores in the last six months were not usuable after two months. It seems the glue does not last that holds the placsitc parts together: the wand just swils around in the socket up inside the cap, and it is impossible to hold it in place to apply the mascara without getting the mess all over your fingers; also, the inner tube itself slips out of the outer, packaging tube. She treats the employees in the clinic like they are idiots and I know for a fact that they wouldn't be there if they didn't know what they were doing. This is regarding my experience with lack of professionalism, customer service and the possibility for a contaminated sample. Upon walking in, there was no one in the waiting room in front of me. To make matters worse, they bill you with a different name each month until you catch on after several phone calls to a young man who seems to know nothing except "all I can do is cancel your account." My wife took advantage of a 14 day trial. The product contained caffeine, which was not revealed on the website, it is on the bottle. Please beware before you go to this location. The person cutting my hair butchered my hair. I explained that I wanted a #4 on the sides, blended in, and just a trim with scissors on the top.
