In signing up with them I created a profile that called for the exclusion of leads on individuals with a history of major medical conditions. I received a lead for a prospect with Type I diabetes. CRST is certainly not the company they advertise to be . I went to work for CRST only because i had a speeding ticket annd they gave me a chance, which i did appreciate. I ordered over the phone in response to a TV ad their Perfect Fit replacement button product. The recorded operator continually offered me upgrades and additional products. I responded "NO" to each offer. I eventually hung up because there was no end to the offers. Netcare Blaauwberg's ICU is terribly understaffed. Though they have some fantastic staff there, they have very few qualified ICU nurses/sisters and it shows in the amount of care they provide. During the day (visiting hours) the place is swarming with attentive staff. At night they are on a skeleton staff. I too made the mistake of going to Precision Vision in Acton. My progressive bifocals were not made correctly. Everything was distorted, warped and off. I FELL DOWN TRYING TO WALK WITH THEM ON and there was no way I could drive. When I took them to another optician, he informed me one lens was 4 mm off. Unacceptable in my opinion.
