They put a hold on my account for $80 plus dollars that put my account over drawn and my bills didn't get paid. Offer free sample. Charge you $3.90 to ship sample but it's never received. Then 14 days later you're charged $88.17 for more product which doesn't get shipped. Beware of this company. I ordered the free trial a month and a half ago for the shipping and handling cost. Now, on the 26 of feb, I looked at my bank statement and they took another $160.00 in charges for a purchase I never ordered. This happended with the pure berry also. They gave me a free trial and then two weeks later charged me for $150.00 for a anual membership fee stating that it was in the terms of agreement. When I bought a set of what I thought were budget glasses from HSN, a product by Joy Mangano's Ingenious Designs, all I got was a lot of broken promises. HSN promise to resolve the problem by sending another pair but this has turned out to be a lie time and time again. I bought Adidas legend branded deodorant from ShengShong supermarket (Singapore branch near West Coast Community Centre ), after using it i felt itchy, not only that but after continued use, i realised that it developed a darker patch under my armpits. Filed a claim with Combined Insurance for my hip replacement surgery. I was diagnosed at the age of 4 with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis. I had my first joint replaced in 2006. They paid for my surgery time as well as the time i was disabled for. I then had both my knees replaced in 2007 and they again paid the claim like they were suppose to. She stated because my wig was a custom order it will take over 45 days to be completed. This may be trivial to some but I am disappointed in the recent quality of Nabisco Saltine Crackers (Kraft Foods). Every box I've bought in the last few weeks is terrible. You cannot even pick a cracker up without it crumbling, much less try to put butter or another type of spread on it. I took a picture of the latest pack we tried to use. They never, and I mean never have doughnuts made after morning. They are 24 hrs and are so lazy they cannot make doughnuts and only sell the dried up ones from that morning. When we first started, I asked that everything be done shall be covered by insurance, and for them to verify and assure such.
