There were 3 members of staff in this shop, which was way more than enough considering it's on an industrial estate and dead. All 3 were more bothered about making sure they closed on time (even locking the door 10 mins before closing) to even ask if we needed any help, they were rude and not at all interested in doing their job! All 3 of them were huddled around in a group gossiping about a lady in the town we live in, who happened to be someone we knew this made us feel embarrassed so we left. I ordered the trial product on 1/25/10 and on 1/28/10 i called to cancel the membership which stated i had 14 days to do. i was told they had no record or order for me after she just repeated my address and so on;. i told her then to cancel my order. she again stated that she had no order . I told her to cancel it. This was the worst place I have ever worked. Driving to work everyday I would get a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach. The work environment was aweful, and the abuse this company heaped on its employees is criminal. I left after a brief period of time, and am very sorry to hear that everyone else seems to have had a similar expereince- i.e. they will not pay you the money they owe you. I had to sue them through the labor board to recover my money. I ofcourse won and he lost. But that company is so bad that it was absolutely not worth the expereince. Hi Would like to advise all that the tactics that the Total White site use to extract money also applies to the Teeth Whitening sites. The process is exactly the same. Free Trial, only pay for shipping, they say the teeth whitening process works by using two different types of whiteners, they then deduct £59 per month for each product plus post and packaging. I received a certificate for the salon for a day spa treatment from my son. First of all they did not record my appointment correctly. They had my appt down for another day. Okay, so I am a now, former employee of Salt Lake Valley Protective Agency. I am posting this complaint because of their inability to keep funds in their accounts to properly pay their employees! I went to the branch of Mountain America Credit Union to cash my check, and it was rather swiftly declined due to there being NO money in their account at all! Is this not against Federal, and State labor laws? I am ready to file a suit against them in small claims court for every penny that I am owed! Q13 Wie Natural Products charged my wife's credit card $58.73 using a fictious email address for her under the name "Smile Image" for a teeth whitening system they claim we received 2 months prior which never happened. Your company has a commercial selling a meat product. It consists of a boy doing an auction with some of his classmates. I was charged $79.98 after ordering a product that was only to be $4. I called the company to see about a refund but they did not even want to listen to my situation and just told me that it was not their problem. I understand that there is sometimes there are misunderstandings but most would feel that a company would help a person out instead of beating them down with their agreements. My husband bought me a pair of these boots (which were not cheap) and within month the rubber started splitting. It looked as if they had dry rotted in the places where they split.
