DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM!!! when the new owners took over they decided to down size into a much smaller, cramped area. Everything is compacted together. Then they decided to change the hours!!! They decided it was not worth it to them to keep the hours that they had when I joined originally. The owner showed no remorse in her decision and added that she could do this whenever she felt it necessary. They would not give me my money back - I had to join a real gym and now I pay for two memberships. Lady Fitness of American is not a real gym. They are often very busy so you may have to wait for service. They do have a big inventory of guns, ammo and equipment along with indoor pistol and rifle ranges. The best feature is that if you are not sure which gun you want, they have a big selection of rental guns so you can fire them on the range for $5 each. read full review »

I visited the Hardwick Arms in Sutton Coldfield with my wife in January 2009. The pub was cold and we over heard a gentleman customer inform the lady manager about this and she told him to go home then. My wife mentioned the food was served warm and not hot. The lady manager who was dresses very untidy grabbed the food off the table and stormed off to the kitchen, did not say a word and brough the food back about 4 minutes later without an aplology. I agree! Horribly BOGUS Company. Original offer was for FREE samples only pay $5.95 shipping and handling. Was then charged $24.95 $64.95 and another $74.90 all in a matter of less than 6 weeks! I refused all of the orders through the mail and then disputed it with my credit card company only to be told that I agreed to pay all this under the terms and conditions page when I ordered it! Started services with Medaesthetica Medical, they stated you could take as long as you needed. Once going back for fourth treatment, facility was no longer there, no phone working...nothing. They took us for $3000.00. I wrote a complaint letter to CareCredit, who we financed it though, with no response. Unfortunately, I paid the entire bill before receiving the interest rate that would have been applied for the deferred billing method. Dealt with this company(Zhang Hong) and have had nothing but problems from lousy botox to being shorted on dermal fillers. They can't do anything right. They oack like they are monkeys so the items look like crap when they get to you. They avoid answering emails and send files for complaints you can't open.
