Bought my husband a nice pair of Ecco dress shoes...even if he doesn't get "gussied up " all that often. Last 3 prescriptions, the doctor writes and then a day or two later, I've found they aren't on my insurance's formulary. The pharmacy sends a note to doctor to get prior approval and takes weeks! You can never talk directly to the doctor's nurse (they take a message and more days pass before you make contact). They have this new computer system that is worthless. Even with proper valid certification document (PADI Rescue Diver-33 dives), properly maintained Dive Log book and only 2 months since the last dive I was required to perform a refresh or a local dive before being accepted to go on a day trip.
