Be aware of Acai Berry "free sample". Your credit card will be charged dearly for products you have not ordered and will continue to do so unless you are able to cancel orders. You will pick out a diamond to be mounted, they will mount a different diamond with flaws and tell you thats the one you picked! There is nothing you can do about it because of their no refund policy. They will exchange it for another diamond, but double charge you for the labor and mounting costs. I ordered contact lenses in October 2008 and come January 26, 2009, I never received them! Turns out they were supposedly shipped (after being on back order for 30 days) to an address that should not have even been in the system for over 4 years! Complaints: On their website, the company used a photo of Oprah and Dr. Oz with accompanying text to give the appearance that they endorsed the product. The free trail website and advertisement came up with the roadrunner email and browser. When you call the customer service number it rings then answers says one moment please and then disconnects. Website states you can try product for the price of shipping and handling. But 2 weeks after placing order you will be charged the full price of the product $87.13. This is after you paid the shipping charge when the order was placed. I placed the order on 7/25 but did not receive the product until 8/10. There is only a 14 day trial period on the product but you don't receive it in time to try it and then they bill your credit card the full price. Supposedly if you return the product you will be issued a refund. That's where I'm at now - returning the product. You will need an RMA # in order to return for credit. I had not gone to the facility since March due to an injury to my shoulder from work, so when a friend told me that the facility ha been closed I was surprised. A month later I received a letter in the mail notifying me of this closure and two months later I received a letter notifying me that my membership was to be transferred to a facility quite far away. On a recent visit to Saint Rose Hospital Sienna Campus Las Vegas NV emergency room with my roomate who has chronic pacreatitus and has suffered from this disease for 7 years I saw just how little the doctors of St Rose care.
