Dr. Foster claims to be an avian vet, however after the incident, I found out he is not certified or registered as an avian vet. I took my lovebird there to have his beak trimmed, and nails trimmed-(if necessary). I finally called Allison Roe (the representative on catelog) to ask her not to throw the articles on my drive since I do not care for Avon or did I ask for the catelog. This company is a total ripoff. Their shipping department is on Orange, Ct but you are suppose to call to get an RMA number in order to send the product back to New York. They charged us $4.95 for shipping. You had 14 days from date of shipment to cancel. Of course, they charged an additional $89.00 on the 15th day. On 7/13, they deducted another $93.95. That's where they make most of their money, selling their Generic Brands, no advertising, very low quality products.
