Last week, we went to Lenscrafters to have eye exams for my kids. We gave our insurance cards and waited for hours to have an exam. After the eye exams, they said Lenscrafters don't accept our insurance company anymore. As a result we had to pay the full charge. They didn't tell us that before the eye exams. The WORST! This company gets one star only because there is nothing lower. They may have products in hard to find sizes (many of which were not available over several searches), but their refund, return, and shipping policies are OUTRAGEOUS. I bought this eliptical machine for my daughter and she complained it doesn't feel right. It hurt her back to use it and her feet kept slipping forward so her toes were mashed. She also said she felt like she was going to fall on her face. In the meantime she would not use it. I recently felt my back injury was well enough and tried it for myself. She is correct. Company does not take action on complaints of harrassment in the workplace seriously. Once you go to HR with your complaint, you are in fear of your job and they eventually retaliate against you and push you out. They also don't hire people based on their knowledge and skills. If they don't like the way that they look like, speak or sometimes race, they won't hire them. You need to be able to fit into their beer drinking, name calling, offensive joke work environment.
