on July 9th I replied to a 15 day trial offer for $.99, which I never received. On July 20th I received a package assuming it was my trial offer. I happened to be on line looking at my bank account and not only did the charge me the $.99 on July 9th but they charged me $82.31 on July 20th!! I called their toll free line and after waiting 27 minutes with no one coming on the line, I called my bank to have them put a stop payment on the charge. I also noticed that there was no paperwork inside the box regarding the charge or how to contact them other than a pamplet. Trying to cancel a membership with Gold's Gym (or the parent company ABC Financial) is a chore at best. Conexis is the most disorganized and unethical company I have ever worked with.
