There was a complaint against Lynn the Director of Nursing in Care One posted on this site that is wrong. Lynn Is a professional who does not hide in her office. She is out working along side of the aids and nursing staff. Lynn does not just oversee the residents she is involved with them. I was groped by a man working INTHE JEWEL STORE but for TCF bank. He followed me around the store rubbing up against my back at one point, then i caught him trying to take a picture up my skirt with a camera phone. Paid $270 Feb 28 for services rendered. Since that time, I have received 2 Billing Statements claiming I owe $235 for services, after Insurance proceeeds. Statement does not show my $270 payment. Is a company that sells a product called Hyperexol which is taken to reduce high blood pressure without prescription drugs. I have a PPO plan, yet for yet they have refused full payment a a secondary insurer. I was of the impression 1) that as a PPO member you have the right to go to anyone.But that everyone may not accept it and you need not permission first 2) that for mental health it was a requirement that any insurer whether a PPO or HMO has to accept the full insurance charge, and if not they should inform the client that this is not allowed. Ordered products April 21st 2009. Got an email confirming they took my money. Call them and only get voice mails and email and get nothing. Got one email that the product has been shipped. Wished I had known that others have complained about them before I placed an order. I have contacted numerous companies online that track fraud in addition to my local newspaper. On verifyyourorder it tells you can cancel immediately, after several trys it would not let me do it. I wrote down the phone# and called and be it to my surprise, it was another company. The gal gave me the correct # for verifyyourorder and I called and told them about the occurences and demanded to cancel now. I order the Acai Berry Diet and now I am being charged on my bank debit/credit card unusual amounts all the time. I am going to have to cancel my card and get another one. This is ridiculous. I took my wedding ring, engagement ring, and anniversary band into the Marks and Morgan at Chesterfield Towne Center on April 10, 2009.
