Womn Within
Women Within gives a handy return sticker complete with a UPS tracking number. The problem is that they do not scan the package when it is received. Instead, they keep your return on a cart and scan your package when they have the time. As a result, you will not get your credit in a timely manner. Also, that UPS tracking number is Woman Withins tracking number and UPS is unable to trace it. I have not received my credit and it has been weeks since I returned the package. I have called and called and gotten many different answers to my problems. Cannot locate a supervisor--they are alwasy busy. I do not like dealing with this company. read full review »

Arby's Roast Beef Restaurant
On Monday, 23 March 2009, at approximate 6:00 p.m., I stopped at the local Arby's restaurant to pick up something for dinner for my husband and myself. I purchased 3 Super Arby Roast Beef Sandwiches and 2 regular fries. Within six hours of consumption, my husband began with extreme symptons of food poisoning. Within six more hours I also suffered from food poisoning, though not as intense as that suffered by my husband. I would like to have the Arby's restaurant notified and appropriate action take to inspect this location and ensure this does not happen to anyone else. read full review »

On Feb 23, 2009 I purchased the Pick Two for lunch including a half sandwich, soup and chips. While eating my lunch and nearly half way through eating my soup I discover a centepede type bug inside. This was very disgusting. I informed the manager and he offered to fix me another cup of soup and give me cookies. I issued a complaint which I think the investigation is incomplete. I had breast augmentation done and wasn't happy with results. I picked out a particular size implant and thought I made myself clear but apparently he chose to put different size. . I found out from manufactoring website, the size of my implants, and they do not match paperwork I signed. On the 18th of March I ordered a wig and paid $29.99 for shipment of 2 day air. This was an important item for a full scale production of West Side Story. I bought two hockey tickets worth $150. I paid $324. They charged $262 for the two tickets, $48 for 'connection fee.' I clicked on standard shipping, but somehow got overnight shipping. They charged a 7.5% State sales tax, and the state I live in is 6.8%. The vendor where the tickets came from were cheaper and I could have picked them up myself, but of course they didn't tell me where they came from until after I bought them. This company is just a middleman that you can get around.

I ordered (and they charged my credit card) for their $6.95 Green Tea Extreme Product. I never received the product. Five days later, they hit my card for another $74.95. This company is something else! DO they think everyone is stupid? I called my bank to (1) terminate the credit card account; and (2) to dispute the charge. I was interested in the new mcwrap snack, so i ordered 2. As two were the price of a Big Mac. I received them and was eating the first one and found there was only a half of a burger in this huge wrap with a teeny bit of sauce and a smidge of lettuce. I was really upset as this cost half the price of a big mac, so a whole burger with enough lettuce and dressing, would be the appropriate way to sell this joke of a product. I am a recent grad from c-1 truck driving school and went to USA Truck and spent over 5 weeks away from home, it was a joke. I ordered a FREE trial of Acai and Bromalite. I then received another bottle of both WITHOUT ordering them. I was able to contact Acai and cancel any further shipments, however, I WAS NOT able to contact Bromalite, nor was there any phone number provided on the bottle. I was overcharged for the products on my debit card. I was charged $69.95 for the Bromalite and $83.80 for Acai. I would like my money back, please.

I returned two packs of slimeasy to the company which I was billed $88.97 for each. The packs were mailed from the post office with tracking numbers. After multiple e-mails to the company and promised a refund within a few days I still have not received the credit to my account. All future orders for their products have been cancelled. When calling this company and they learn that the credit was not given they hang up and tell you to e-mail customer support. No other way to communicate with customer service.
