In over 15 yrs of using various pharmacies such as Walgreens, Walmart, Cvs and Target I have never dealt with such rude very difficult pharmacy staff especially the pharmacist at the Target pharmacy in Ocala Florida. I first came across the company through a bank telemarketing campaign. It was a free trial and they booked me a slot at a convenient time on the weekend. The service at the SPA was good but... after I've signed up for the pacakge. I can never get a timeslot in the weekends and even weekday evenings are almost always fully booked. When I finally get to my 1 month advance booking, which they sometimes forget about, I realised that in the waiting area are people who are coming for the trial. What an absolute joke. This is what makes people stop trusting companies that try to sell their products. We hired Clean Dry Usa to clean 3 rooms with the coupon we found in Clipper Magazine. They quoted us a bigger amount of 125.00 we decided to do it. ACIA Berry didn't send the product until after the trial time period expired. The customer service folks said that I had 14 days to try the product thats what trial menat. The 4.99 was just to try it and then you would be charged the full price. Intersting for me was that I see another person was charged 84+ dollars. I was charged 79+ dollars. I was in the Smart Styles in Southaven, MS at 6811 Southcrest. I started having a Lupus attack while the stylist was doing my hair and she thought that I was trying to get in front of the other patrons in the shop. I went to Robins Donuts to buy 3 dozen doughnuts. They had at least 36 doughnuts in their display case in addition to a few more not placed out yet. I purchased a fish combo on 3-11-2009 around 7:00 pm and after eating the sandwich I noticed a bad taste in the back of my throat. This continued through the night. The product does not work as advertised. This is an acne product and an acne product ususally takes a month or so to know whether it works or not. They allow you to submit an order for a trial with out specifying the terms are contractual. Then they force you to have monthly deliveries without being ablke to cancel. After ordering the Diatary Supplement on 1/31/09 no shippment was received. A charge of $3.97 was made to my card on that date. On 2/21/09 a new charge was made to my credit card by GNA*Vitamins - 800-5954650 CO in the amount of $79.90.
