I am complaining about the way Lyndon Morris goes about running his branch of Educo Gym. The man has no clue how to talk to people & also has his wife who knows nothing about fitness instruction doing his job for him while she minds their baby in the gym. It is a ridculous set up. I ordered this product on the 4th of February and your 14 day trial starts from the day you ordered it not when you received it or when it is shipped so when you when you receive it 6 or 7 days are already gone. I ordered the free 15 day trial of colon zen. I did not receive the product until 12 days later and believed that was when the trial period began. Mike Schwartz was very rude on the phone and I was a loyal customer. I was overcharged and when I spoke to him about it he indicated that he would refund me but calls back went to voice mail and I never got anything back. Also one bottle was deformed and looked like the label was scraped off a little and the product smelled like it was old. I went in for highlights and low lights and left with orange hair and an aching scalp. The staff members inferred that the mishap was my fault and rushed me out the door. i ended up getting a color correction and conditioning treatment at another salon and had to have 5 inches of my hair cut off because the ends where breaking off when the stylist would comb it. I fell for the free trial, but was alerted to the scam to late. Within minutes of ordering I tried to cancel, by phone but could not get through. I think the number they give is bogus. I read the return policy over and over. They get ya. Time starts the day they ship, it could take up to 5 days to reach you. That leaves only 10 days.
