This place is RIPOFF!!! Stay away unless you want to go thru a lot more pain than you went thru to get the original tattoo in the first place. They don't have the technology yet to do the procedure correctly yet. Well this starts off with me buying a "trial" membership to www.grantaccessclub.com who in turn sold my information to the above company. They charged my card $29.95 for something I never purchased. When I called to have them reimburse me they said they couldn't since I wasn't in their system. They also refused to let me speak with a supervisor. Besides that fact that no one spoke clear English by the time I had called 6 times and had to keep re-explaining myself I was ready to sue this company. I cancelled the trial the day I ordered it, nor did they cancel but proceed to charge my credit card for two 40.00 payments. the company by phone said they would issue a credit, 14 days have passed no credit and when I call to chek on it I am told that the credit is being processed and they will notify me by email when they have posted it! This is not a reputable company... It is a scam. The product did not even work. I called to get my return # and sent the item back within the 30 day time limit. They sent the product back to me and marked the box "wrong RMA #" along with a joke of a letter saying we are sorry for any inconvenience. I had to call again and wait on hold for 30 minutes and talk to 3 people. Finally, they gave me a new RMA #. I sent it back again and have been billed for 134.97.
