I went in for a simple vasectomy and this monster damaged my left testicle. Its been almost two years and I've had to have three more surgeries, by a better doctor, to help me get to a pain level I can deal with. His practice, Northeast Urology, is horrible. The staff is rude the exame rooms are filthy and this doctor was just a plain ***. I do not regret having a vasectomy and I was not made by my wife to have one. I did figure out that this was from ordering a colon cleansing product, called Bromalite, that was guaranteed to work or your money back. Main problem there is no way to get your money back if it doesn't work and it doesn't. They keep charging your account and never sent the product after the first time. food is of sub standard quality, items advertised on menu do not actually get brought out on the plate and no extra replacement or expalnation. The children's meals are extremley poor value and the side portions consist of baked beans (eight and toamato juice) and munch crunch veg (two strips of cucumber, 2 grapes, no carrott as advertised). Chips are often burnt and the mashed potato comes in one hard lump and can quite easily cause young children to choke as it did mine. JTV provides no tracking numbers, but simply sends jewelry through the Postal Service as if they're mailing a letter! I ordered a ring, which has not arrived after nearly 2 weeks. When I called, I was told that I have to wait 21 days to file a claim, and then wait for the paperwork to be processed BEFORE my refund. There can be no replacement because the ring is sold out.
