On 11/24/08 I ordered the free trial of Acai berry. They said I could cancel any time within 15 days and there would be no charge except for shipping. Problem is that even after MULTIPLE attempts to reach them by phone I cannot get anyone on the line. SO I leave a message and NO ONE has ever called me back. They advertise on TV. They offer a free one month supply of Alteril (all natural sleep aid) for .97 and promised not to send any additional Alteril until I tried it and decided to order it 45 days later. I ordered a free sample of acai berry detoxifying pills for $4.99 shipping. To my suprise, not even two weeks later my credit card was charged $89.31USD, that's $115.74 Canadian. The charge was from a company named SIMPLYFITPRO. My order confirmation said that charges on my card would appear on my credit card statement from NUBOBI. I bought 2 pair of Liz&Me Signature Jeans - one black and one green. I have washed the black ones at least four times but am unable to stand the dye fumes so I cannot wear them. The green ones do not have the same oder - however - both of my legs have broken out in a painful rash even after washing them several times. I, too, fell for the "free trial" of these two products, acai-aSlim and Total Cleanse. I discovered my debit card had been debited for $84.95 by acai-aSlim. I was able to reach a customer service rep after being on hold for about 25 minutes.
