Brad assured me that the orders charged to my credit card would be cancelled and credited back to my credit card. I wanted to try a trial offer of the whitener so I ordered it with a s/h fee of 4.95. A month later my card was charged $39.95 for something I did not order and do not want-I also did not recieve anything in the mail to be charged for. they make it impossible to return their products because they want you to get an RMA # before you return their merchandise. I was trying to use this company as they say they can get prescriptions for $30 a month. I did everything they said and they still have not sent over any medication.
