On Sunday 11/23/08 we placed an order of 23 mixed pieces w/two side orders (fries and red beans & rice) w/biscuits. We had to wait about 10 minutes for the biscuits and when we got home we did not have our order of fries. So all we had was the chicken, red beans & rice and the biscuits. The office was dirty and the office staff rude and lazy. I waited an exuberant amount of time in their nasty waiting room and finally went in to see the doctor. I wanted a flu shot and I spoke with him about another issue. He did not want to give me a flu shot and told me I had allergies without even testing me. He did, although, charge me my office visit. Hello, We are buying "Sujata" and "Lakshmi" brand whole wheat chapati flour from most of the indian grocery stores in Houston, Texas. Lately, these products have a very high level of white flour mixed in these 20 lbs. bag. We have confirmed this mixure complaint with several indian families in Houston who regularly consumed this product. It has also been revealed from the grocery store owners that it is not possible for the product manufacturer to sell 100% wheat flour at economical price so they tend to mix the stuff. I was charged for two items I did not order and tried to call 800 number and set on the phone for two hours before it was answered. I told the person I did not order the two items, she said when I received the order to send it back for a full refund. The packing paper says I need to contact the support to get a delivery confirmation and return merchandise authorization number plus a 15% restocking fee will be charged. When I received the package the Hoodiawater had busted and everything in the package was wet. I ordered a 'free trial' of Acai Berry supplement which arrived this morning. The item was accompanied by a small (one quarter A4 size) slip stating that unless I cancelled my subscription (which I did NOT sign up for), I would automatically receive further supplies every 31 days and my credit card charged accordingly. I ordered a FREE sample, shipping only, but they sent 2 other products I didn't order & charged me for them. When I email their support site, they said I didn't "UNCHECK" a box on the original order. I then asked them to cancel any further shipments, but I just received another one 2 days ago with another $44.90 charge to my credit card. I recently bought Williams Sonoma's Hot Chocolate. I got home and opened the tin and to my dismay found the chocolate to be less than full. Luckily, I still had one of the decorative tins that I saved from last year. I pulled the tin from the shelf and saw that it was 14.5 ounces. The new one I bought was amazingly only 12 ounces. After ordering Wu-Yi Tea, I've been charged monthly by two different online vendors. The first is a 9.95 charge for an online membership subscription that I was told I registered for when I bought the tea. At least I was able to cancel those charges.
