I ordered a FREE sample, shipping only, but they sent 2 other products I didn't order & charged me for them. When I email their support site, they said I didn't "UNCHECK" a box on the original order. I then asked them to cancel any further shipments, but I just received another one 2 days ago with another $44.90 charge to my credit card. I emailed AND called to cancel again, still have not received notification from them. I feel they are highly unethical and dishonest. I recently bought Williams Sonoma's Hot Chocolate. I got home and opened the tin and to my dismay found the chocolate to be less than full. Luckily, I still had one of the decorative tins that I saved from last year. I pulled the tin from the shelf and saw that it was 14.5 ounces. The new one I bought was amazingly only 12 ounces. After ordering Wu-Yi Tea, I've been charged monthly by two different online vendors. The first is a 9.95 charge for an online membership subscription that I was told I registered for when I bought the tea. At least I was able to cancel those charges. Came into store late one night, about an hour before they closed. A young lady with dyed red hair and tattoos on her chest was working. Saw Dr. Liu (footcare refereral by Ganninger @ SSM Healthcare) following a recent auto accident (where I was the pedestrian). Continued experiencing difficulty w/walking and significant pain heal pain, yet Liu denied the accident/pain immediately following the accident had anything to do w/it. She only stated that we all get plantar fac., and this is what I had/have, but that it was not due to any accident. Four years later, the pain has worsened. I wrote for a sample of their product. Without advertising or making it clear, they then shipped a refill and enrolled me in their 30 day continuity rogram for $88.97 every 30 days. They also gave their cancelation website in three different ways, with spaces and without spaces so that the initial attempt resulted in no access. The website also now contains numerous complaints of deceptive advertising and selling practices. I will file further complaints and try to have the charges on my credit card stopped. Foolishly I've hired these caterers and gone to several events that they catered. Awful food, not so much because of its quality but because of its preparation. A kid just learning to scramble eggs could do better, and I've seen better presentation in a Marine Corps barracks. Additionally, I know they don't always pay their bills. They really took advantage of one company that had done terrific work for them for at least five years, only to be left with a bill for $500 unpaid. Keep away from these guys.
