I have received a silver necklace for my birthday. The chain was loose and have broken off the next day. When we went back to the shop in Creteil that week with the Guarentee Card, they said necklace must be broken as a result of accident. The necklace fell off and the whole chain was intact. My card was also charged for $ 44.85, when the only charge I had authorized was for $ 4.95 for S&H for a "free" trial. When approached, they offered a "generous" discount of $ 20. I have instructed them to return all the un-authorized funds. I have notified my credit card company as well as file a complaint with Federal Trade Commission (www.ftc.gov). We ordered your new nachos after seeing the commercial on T.V. It showed alot of cheese and meat and condiments on it. What we recieved was ALOT of chips and the taco salad shell.
