Foolishly I've hired these caterers and gone to several events that they catered. Awful food, not so much because of its quality but because of its preparation. A kid just learning to scramble eggs could do better, and I've seen better presentation in a Marine Corps barracks. Additionally, I know they don't always pay their bills. They really took advantage of one company that had done terrific work for them for at least five years, only to be left with a bill for $500 unpaid. Keep away from these guys. We had a Fire in our house and my husband was burned on both hands, right foot, lower back and Backside . He was taken to Broward General for their Trauma unit. When my husband purchased my wedding set he also purchased the insurance on the set at an additional cost.
