I called the number listed on my bank statement and it didn't work so I got on this complaint website found an individual with the same problem used the # she supplied and got ahold of this company. I got an e mail offering me a teeth whitening kit sample for free. All I had to do was pay for shipping which was $4.99 and to insure my purchase for $1.00. I used my credit/debit card to pay. I saw the ad on tv about the wrap around colored glasses. Thought that would be a good thing to have since they fit over your regular glasses. I ordered two pair, one for me and one for my daughter. I was told I would have a $4.95 for shipping and handling only. They overcharged me on 10/14 but when I called back he said he was sorry and that he would refund the $44.95 and he did. This month I was changed an additional $39.95 and was told that because I did not return the bottle - they charged me the difference. They are a scam and I will contact a lawyer. I received a free sample of Luminous Brites dental whitener by mail. I did not agree to buy this product. I agreed to try it out, which I haven't had a chance to do. I ordered 3 hats back in March, and after 2 weeks of not receiving a tracking number or confirmation I emailed them. They claimed they were busy and tracking numbers would be given shortly. A month later, I finally receive the hats, but 2 out of 3 of them are not the correct hat that I ordered. I emailed them again and told them the problem, and they said they would exchange them for the right hats.
