Recently I had occasion to come to the Center gym on a Thursday night and have a discouraging incident occur at the front desk. I think I was at the counter for close to 10 minutes - which is by far the longest I have ever had to wait. I have been trying to cancel the order I made for the tea for five months. I cannot find a number to call and they will not return email requests. They are however, charging my credit card twice now. My husband ordered a free sample of Hoodiburst Gum from Central Coast Nutraceuticals, Inc. He was only supposed to pay for shipping. I, as it seems, many others fell for the scam of "Try this product for shipping costs" . I was charged an additional 69.45 to my credit card without authorization. When I called "Kristy" and complained and wanted my account reimbursed, she informed me that that was not possible, but that she could cancel my account from this point forward so no other charges will be billed. Just returned from a cruise on the Oosterdam arriving in San Diego on November 1. We had taken the same cruise last year in December and had a good experience. on the web site they have a picture from the ugg austrailia web site of ugg boots and state that they are made in austrailia. when they arrived it said on the box that they are made in china and they look fake and don't fit properly. My sister took her wedding dress to be dry cleaned at One Price Cleaner in Melville, NY. She was told to pay $95.00 in advance, she did so but when she went back to the cleaner to pick up her dress; it wasn't cleaned. She complained and requested a refund but the cleaner owner refused to do so.
