I have fed my Cats Stater's Brand Canned Catfood for years. The last few weeks my cats have been unable to eat any of it!! Plus the stray cats and possums outside are not eating it either!! I tried adding another brand catfood to the Staters canned catfood and "Still" none of the animals are eating it!! Amount of $89.31 was deducted from my checking account before the 14 day cancellation. Called and was able to reach company and told them I had not received their product, and that it was going to be returned when ever it was delivered to the post office. The product was returned and I was told that a reversal of charge will be posted to my account within 14 business days after they received the product back. I was given a confirmation number. I specfically did not check yes for membership when I decided to try this. Their website must recheck it for you when you send. I just received my shippemnt with the fact in very small print at the bottom that I would be auto billed every two months and that I would also be billed another $79.80 for the remainder of my free 14 days supply, despite the fact I only have 8 days to try before that bill will be applied.
