I had gone to Clerysys for transferring my H1B from my current employer. The CEO at the corporate office wanted to meet me before filing and I obliged. I signed up to be a Beauticontrol consultant after a friend/consultants spa party given at her house by her. I purchased make-up before I recieved my kit. After using the eye-shadow my eyes became red, swollen, irritated, peeled and swollen. I could not wear "any" make-up for a month. I had a Lia Sophia show almost two months ago. (on 9/20) My show was sapposed to close on 9/22. That date came and went and not a word from my advisor. I tried almost everyday to call her. A rack with about 30 or so Rt 66 shirts had a sign on top of the rack that said 30% off. We bought one of the shirts and was charged full price. We went straight to the customer service desk to question this. A lady from there walked back to the shirt rack, came back to the cashier at customer service and told her to give us the 30% off but it was only supposed to be for knit shirts only. I cancelled this order on 10-29-08 by telephone. I also emailed them on 10-30-08 just to make sure. Guess what, they sent out an order on 11-1-08 and charged my card. I call them back when I received this order and was told that they had no record of my phone call just an e-mail dated 11-2-08 and this was after the date they had shipped out this order. I recently ordered the Pure 500 Acai Berry. I had heard about this product through friend and product known as Monavie. Also Oprah show. I signed up for the free trial and paid the shipping charges. I have now received a shipment of both another bottle of ACAI Pure 500 and the Total Cleanse, one for $88 and the other $78 both charged to my credit card account. I am very disappointed in AMSCOT's credit check system. They are turning qualified people down due to bad credit. A machine does not know anything about my credit worthiness. I signed up for the free sample of Wu-Yi Pixie Pack Tea in hopes that it would do all that it promised. Unknowingly, I actually signed up to be a member and since then have had not only the $6.95 S&H but two additional charges of $69.95 to my credit card. After calling them to complain they told me I was supposed to call after two weeks to cancel my subscription. Well it took 4 weeks for my free tea to arrive, so why would I cancel if I didn't get it yet? I really hope I do not get any more charges to my credit card. I've called my bank and I am reporting them to the CA Attorney General, the BBB for the Glendale area and also to Crest and Oral-B products owned by Proctor & Gamble in Cincinnati, OH. The ULTA beauty coupons are false and very misleading. They exclude "Prestige" products but you don't know until you get there that nearly every product in their store is "Prestige".
