I made an appointment over the phone for two separate laser hair removal procedures and was told that a credit card was needed to hold the reservations. The appointments scheduled were for arm hair removal on 11/10/08 and chin and lip hair removal for 11/12/08. I was told that if I needed to cancel the appointments, so long as they were cancelled greater than 24 hours in advance I would not be charged for them. Had a deal to get a supplement (Acacia (sp?) Berry for free paying only the shipping. When I called to find out who charged me for what, they told me in the fine print it said something about a membership and not canceling within 7 days... I have gone to the place in Denver and have never been so upset. I paid for the GE Wellness Plan because my daughter needed her wisdom teeth removed and she has no insurance. This plan specifically listed oral surgeons which I scheduled an appointment with. I was dumb enough to fall for the colonxR free trial scam through a link to the weather channel. The number given to cancel colonxr does not work and the only way to get out of them continually charging your credit card is to cancel the credit card. I eventually found a live chat format through the above website and was promised twice that my order would be cancelled and I would recieve a confirming e-mail, it never happened. I took 2 items in to be altered When I went to pick them up, this place only takes CASH! But they don't tell you that (and don't have a sign posted or that info on your claim ticket) until you pick up the item up. I had to go back a second time-waste of gas.
