My family had gone to this dentist due to our insurance. They advised my husband he needed a deep cleaning. (Scaling and root planing) which was $1500.00 He went ahead and had the treatment done. Then I went 2 weeks later and they advised me I needed the same, my was worst then his and mine would of been $1800.00. I did not have the treatment done, in fact I called my insurance company and had them look into this. I have never had any problems with my teeth or gums. This dentist office is the biggest rip off. The company wishes its females employees to dress NOT professionally BUT provocatively. After the employee was told to do so, the owner then, when confronted with the situation at hand, denied all allegations right in front of the employee and the business manager, who was given the role of telling the employee to dress more provocatively, wear more make-up, and put more curls in her hair, as well! Tried to return a defective food product today that I purchased two days ago. I was sold health insurance by this company and advised there were no pre-existing clauses and that I would have no out of pocket expense UP to $20, 000/yr. Curves is a complete rip off. I was promised that curves would be enough of a workout for me because of their new "Curves Smart" program that stepped up the workout. I have been on that program for 5 months and have seen no results. Half the time the system is down and does not work, even when it does it is a joke. I received a bill from a dental cleaning for my daugther around 6/08 for services rendered on 8/26/07. My dental insurance would have covered the bill completely but the dentist office failed to submit the bill until just a few months ago and my insurance company said it was sent in too late and they will not pay. I was completely lied to regarding coverage. Everything that has ever been submitted as a claim, has been ignored.
