Mislead me to beleive I was purchasing Health Insurance for my family. Once I received the benefit information I decicded to cancel the membership and forfit a $30.00 transaction fee. This company is running a scam. Just try to call their "customer service" number (1-888-692-8352) and you will never get a live person, it is just a phone runaround. I canceled my order after getting the product and they sent other things i did not order and charged me for. they said i needed to opt out when i sign up for free trial. then i get charged after i cancelled and e-mail the customer support and received an e-mail back saying it was for the remaining balance of the trial bottle after 14 days. I received a call, after going on line to get quote for health insurance for my grandson. They knew exactly that I was interested a health insurance policy for him. Brad Skinner was the person I talked to, and was led to ;believe I was getting health insurance. It turns out it is a discount program for everything from A to Z. I had a routine pap and pelvic exam. I have had these exams for years and never had to pay anything for any labs or exam fees.
