I have a membership that allows me to use mulitple clubs. The club I was visiting was having a special. I was told that I could get a family member added without paying the intial deposit. I agreed and later that week my daugter and I visited a club closer to our home. We were then told the membership was restricted to a single club (Snellville). I placed an order for a pair of boots about a month and a half ago, and still they have not been received. The post office always sends me slips in the mail if I miss a delivery and so far I have not even gotten the slip from them; so I am to assume that they were never even shipped. After watching the commercial for four straight days we decided to try the new subs. This appears to be an operation that at best has poor service, at worst is out to do harm. I placed an order by phone on 9/20/08 with sales rep Alfred. Bullyed me into signing over my motorcycle temporarily in order to help my dying mother. Umlauf then would not allow me the priviledge of owning it again. He was jealous that the motorcycle was built for me by friends and coworkers. Umlauf is not an honest person so he will never have anyone care enough to do anything special for him. He forced me to sign the motorcycle over under duress. He then threatened my life forcing me to leave. He is a terrible bully who is a liar and a thief. Took food back to kfc cheshire oaks because it was over cooked, the chicken was all dry and very hard to eat, when went back to the store the manager was messing around with the staff at the back, where all the customers could see, not very professional at all. when approached by the manager who looked like a 17 year old boy ? he was not very helpful and did not seem intrested in what was are problem, i found this very rude and unprofessional. i think this store is run very badly and will never be going there again.
