Blue Care Family Plan has Dr. Geary of St. Francis Hospital in Hartford as the doctor to see as your primary care provider. His receptionist stated that they had been unaffiliated with them for years. The state of Connecticut contracts with them through Husky A. WHY is this information inaccurate? I went to this beauty place to get my Permanent Makeup done. I waited for 20 mins in waiting area cus she was having a meeting. She gave me some forms to sign before the consultation. There is a line on the form indicating that I understand this is a two visits. I signed without knowing it would be such horrible experience. She doubled book appointments. When she was helping me, she was helping someone else as well. She did not spend much time consulting what kind of color I want on my eyebrows. She simply asked me if I want brown or black. This company asked me for my account to send me a free sample of Acai Berry endorced by Oprah Winfrey over the phone and charged me a shipping and handling charge or 4.87 on my account. Now they have charged me 79.76 without my consent or product. I can not get hold of them to cancel with the 1-888-289-8740 that I have. This company sells 100% poor and fake ralph lauren pony polo shirts. Do not buy anything from this company. They have not return my money yet. I am filing a police report, BBB and California Department of Justice (Attorney's General Office) . He gives me all kind of excuses why he won't return my phone calls and e-mails such as US Custom agents are looking for him. These shoes are the worst shoes I have ever purchased. They are advertised as medium width shoes, but in reality they are narrow shoes. I have been trying to break them in for over 11 months now. I have even tried taking them to a shoe shop to have them stretched. Fitness first has been taking out of my money for one month after i terminated my contract. When I rang up to ask, they said it is one month notice, I still have to pay for the member fees even I've ended the contract. This is called stealing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are scam artists, and charge you $39.00 whether you order it or not when they say the charge is only $4.95. I have called them three times and they say it is refunded, and it is not...then called my cc company and they said they will go to bat for me because I asked to be emailed a confirmation that the credit had been done, and it hasn't been to date. The website said a free sample bottle for just a 5.95 shipping charge. At no time did it mention that I would be charged $89 with in 15 days of shipping. Money back guarantee, that's a load of crap. When I called to cancel my order, I was on hold for almost 30 minutes and only then did the operator mention that the order had to be cancelled within that 15 days or my card would be charged the full amount. I ordered some rx sunglasses from theyedoctor.com and when they arrived, after waiting a few wks for them, which is way too long, the rx was incorrect. I took them to vision express to see if they could tell if theyedoctor made a mistake, and came to find out, the rx on the sunglasses was way off, nothing even near to the rx i gave them. I did enter online for a 14 day free trial offer for a wu-yi green tea product. I feel I have been completely scammed. Now they are using my debit card for charges of $69.87 for some bogus membership. I got thru on the 800 # & they claimed I did not cancel said membership within 14 days, as were in the terms & conditions. These were not stated anywhere on the ordering & were not something that had to be checked in order to submit order, which makes it a scam.
